It is the mission of Share Our Selves to continue to care for those who are most vulnerable – whether they are insured, underinsured, or without resources. To continue to provide high-quality care and expand services to an increasing number of patients in our community, Share Our Selves has changed our scope of practice from a Free Clinic to a Community Health Center. SOS now offers services for a fee, and we can now treat patients from pediatrics to geriatrics.
Everyone is welcome, even if you are uninsured or cannot afford to pay. SOS medical and dental clinics have based their fees on a sliding fee scale, offering discounted fees for services to persons without health insurance. The exact fee is calculated based on your family size and monthly income.
We encourage you to call 949-270-2100 to schedule an appointment with an eligibility specialist. All prospective patients will meet with our eligibility specialists to assess eligibility for the sliding scale program and for health insurance programs.
