To the entire SOS Clinic:
I want to thank each and every person for all of their hard work and dedication. Since I have been involved with the clinic, I have received excellent medical care from all of the medical staff.
The provider not only gave me excellent medical help, but he has proven to me that he truly cares about me as a person, not just a patient. And this is something you cannot buy, or request or demand.
The nursing staff are some of the best, and in my previous profession, as a chemical dependency counselor for eleven years, and worked with many RNs, they are some of the best.
From the ladies that work at the front desk, to the food bank, to the MSI workers, I want to say, “Thank You.” It is because of you and all the staff that I am able to go to a hospital of my choosing if I become ill. I am able to have medical testing done if that is required, and many more services.
I want to make you all aware that it is what you do and the decisions you make each and every day, that truly changes people’s lives. Lastly, to the Director, you do an exceptional job, and all of those that work under you. You all do God’s work.

Thank you for such a positive experience at the SOS Clinic today. From the moment I walked through the door, I was pleased to see such a clean and friendly environment.
I have become accustomed to being turned down for services, healthcare being one, but the very beautiful and compassionate employee who did my intake assured me that she would find some type of help for me. When she handed me the paperwork, she was also so kind and gracious and beautiful too!
As I sit and wait for the doctor to see me, I write this note of appreciation and I feel a sense of comfort that that encounter will be just as comforting, efficient and helpful. Thank you again for these services and for providing me the help I need at this low point in my life.
